2. Booking & Payment

2.1. All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, phone, or email.
2.2. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

2.4. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
3.2. Cancellations within 24 hours of service are non-refundable.
3.3. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
3.4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Service Usage

4.1. Clients must provide accurate booking details, including pickup and drop-off locations.
4.2. Golden Purple LLC is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.3. Passengers must comply with local laws and Golden Purple LLC’s policies during the ride.
4.4. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual causing disruption or safety concerns.

5. Liability

5.1. Golden Purple LLC is not liable for personal belongings left in our vehicles.
5.2. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use.
5.3. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2. Client data is stored securely and used solely for service delivery purposes.

7. Conduct & Safety

7.1. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
7.2. Seat belts must be worn at all times during the journey.
7.3. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the responsible party.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United States of America.
8.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the appropriate legal channels.
